Physical Movement
Dancing, shaking, stretching to help the body complete incomplete trauma responses
Sound
Vocalisation, sighing, humming, screaming are all methods of vocalising and releasing stuck energy. Sound clears the chest, throat and emotional centres
Breath
To activate the nervous system
Touch
Conscious touch helps regulate the nervous system and can be extremely grounding and soothing
Emotion
The practice helps access and release unresolved emotional patterns stored in the tissues and nervous system. Emotion is welcome and safe to express here
Meditation
Meditation allows for integration, grounding and witnessing of what comes up without judgement

Online Breathwork
This is a 1 hour session. We will discuss your intention for the session, what you would like to focus on. We will breathe together and I will guide you through the structure of the session. The last 15 minutes will be integration, a chance to meditate and reflect.

In Person Breathwork
This will be a 1 hour and 15 minute session.
Here I will be your guide, providing assistance and bodywork where necessary.
The last 15 minutes will be integration with a chance to meditate and reflect on what came up.

In Person Reiki
Reiki is a healing technique where I channel energy through my hands and support the natural healing process of the body. Reiki helps rebalance and replenish energy that might be blocked or out of balance.

Indian Head Massage - 30 mins
Indian Head Massage is a traditional therapy from Ayurveda (life knowledge) that focuses on the head, neck, shoulders, and face. It uses rhythmic massage techniques and sometimes oils (not a prerequisite) to relieve stress, reduce headaches, improve circulation, and promote relaxation and mental clarity
